for $2,000 to the Adams County SPCA

The Hanover Chili Cook Off day is a community staple for family entertainment, chili tasting, with a focus on raising funds for worthy local nonprofit organizations, built around the PA State Chili Cooking Championship. Thank you to The Hanover Chili Cook off and all of the Sponsors, Donors, Cooks and Volunteers who make this all possible!!!

Community Service Project brings loads
of much needed food and supplies for the animals!!

During the month of October, 2011, items could be purchased from ONE of the following packages and person would receive 10 hours of community service!

Package # 1 -- Dog Food: Purina One Sensitive Systems (Minimum of 35 lbs)
Package # 2 -- Cat Food: Purina Kitten Chow (Minimum of 35 lbs)
Package # 3 -- Cat Litter and misc. item: Purina Tidy Cats (Clay Litter) (Minimum of 35 lbs)
AND ONE of the following options: 2 containers of Lysol Disinfectant Wipes
2 bags/boxes of dog treats (soft kind)
2 boxes of Garbage Bags (13 gallon drawstring trash bags)
4 rolls of Paper Towels


Thank you to everyone who contributed to the ACSPCA community service project!
Donation totals were:

Cat Food: 396lbs
Dog Food: 800 lbs
Cat Litter: 2,225 lbs
Paper Towels: 141 rolls
Lysol Wipes: 24 canisters
Garbage Bags: 162 bags
Dog Treats: 30 bags
